Harvin’s role at Lantern Capital Real Estate is to lead and manage the commercial mortgage origination's team and set strategies to source commercial mortgage loans.
Harvin was formerly working at a lead Toronto based commercial mortgage brokerage where he sourced and originated over $650 million of term and construction loans. Prior to this, Harvin developed his real estate lending expertise with GE Capital and (BDC) The Business Development Bank of Canada where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and funding term/construction loans, and equipment leasing throughout the GTA and surrounding regions. He brings to Lantern Capital Real Estate a thorough understanding of Underwriting and Funding mortgage loans across several verticals and industries.
Harvin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors from the University of Guelph.
